Restarting Lives is a personal development programme that supports you in maintaining your recovery from gambling-related harm.

Our programme is designed to empower you with the necessary tools and support to create a new way of living and achieve your full potential.

The foundation of Restarting Lives is 1-1 support from lived experience mentors/coaches, who have been through similar experiences and understand the challenges and struggles that come with recovery. They will work with you to create a personalised plan tailored to your unique needs and goals, providing guidance and support every step of the way.

We also offer life-changing events that will inspire and empower you to reach your potential. Our events will help you rediscover your passions and develop new positive habits so you can create a life you no longer want to escape from. Whether it's setting health and wellbeing goals, improving relationships, increasing your self-worth and confidence or upskilling, our events will help you build a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

We understand that accountability is essential to making lasting changes, and that's why we provide ongoing support to help you stay on track and take action towards your goals. We will work with you to develop a sense of accountability, ensuring you have the motivation and support you need to maintain your recovery and take action.

Our mission is to support you in creating a fulfilling and meaningful life beyond gambling-related harm.

Woman. Empowered is designed by women for women to encourage women to speak about their addiction free from shame and stigma.

This programme aims to help women sustain and build their recovery, and provides a safe space for women to support each other, reduce social isolation and overcome the stigma they face from society.

By building their confidence and self-worth women are empowered to build a new life free from guilt and shame.

The meetings are hosted by our Women’s Lead, Stacey Goodwin who has her own lived experience. She shares with courage and vulnerability at the beginning of each meeting, inviting others to join the conversation and share their own experiences creating a sense of community and support.

At Woman. Empowered we believe in the power of community, and we invite you to join us and become part of our movement.

Our online zoom meetings will be held every fortnight at 8pm, so you can join us no matter where you are. We welcome women from all backgrounds. 

EPIC Community provides those in recovery from gambling harm, people affected by someone else’s gambling harm or professionals in the sector with the support, education, and inspiration they need to build a better future for themselves.

We understand the power of lived experience. That's why we offer a range of talks from individuals who have personally experienced the harm caused by gambling and have successfully overcome it. These inspiring stories can help you to find the motivation and strength you need to take action and make positive changes in your own life.

We also offer a range of education sessions delivered by experts in their field. Our guest speakers help you develop the skills and knowledge you need to build a better life. From financial planning to coping strategies, we cover a wide range of topics to ensure that you have the tools you need to succeed.

In addition, we also offer awareness sessions from a range of organisations that will connect you with other resources in the community that provide additional support and guidance.

By providing inspiring lived experience talks, expert education sessions, and access to other organisations that can help, we are committed to supporting you on your journey to recovery.
