Sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing the EPIC Restart Community on Circle! Let’s try a few quick steps to sort it out:

Step One:

• Click this link: https://epic-restart.circle.so/join?invitation_token=907ae69b13734159a7782d9fe04bc7ba7c497e0b-45b9d04c-aed2-4cd2-b17b-9c32537d819f 
• Complete your profile (name, email, password). Once submitted, Circle will then send you a temporary login code

This is where it can get tricky! This email can go straight into your junk folder or can even be blocked by your email provider. We've put a few suggestions below, which will hopefully help. 

Step Two

Search your email folders (Inbox, Spam, Promotions, etc.) for:

• "Temporary login code"
• Emails from: [email protected]
• Or, emails from: [email protected]

Step Three 

Confirm you're using the correct email address you signed up with.

Step Four

Add these email addresses to your contacts:

• [email protected]
• [email protected]

Step Five

Try logging into the Circle app again and tap "Resend code" if needed.
