- Role: Lived Experience Recovery Coach
- Location: Remote (with occasional travel for meetings and events)
- Contract: Full-time
- Salary: £32-35,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
EPIC Restart Foundation is a national charity supporting people to rebuild a positive life after gambling harm. We are now looking for a Lived Experience Recovery Coach to join our team.
In this role, you will use your own lived experience of gambling harm to provide one-to-one and group coaching, helping people set goals, build confidence, and take practical steps forward.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has direct lived experience of gambling harm
- Has established a stable, positive recovery, with at least 18 months of abstinence
- Can inspire and motivate others in their recovery journey
- Communicates with confidence, both in writing and in person
- Can work independently as well as part of a supportive team
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and web-based platforms
