About the Instructor

Rabekha Brown has been a qualified yoga instructor since completing her training in Thailand in 2016 and has taught ever since. Prior to qualifying, Rabekha practised for about 5 years.

Rabekha said "I'm down to earth and what you see is what you get. I try to inject as much of my personality into my classes as possible. My favourite style is Vinyasa.  I love that you can get the deep stretches alongside a workout, it's not just a bit of stretching, trust me!  I've tried many styles, but Vinyasa is where my heart is".

Rabekha can teach a slow version and a power version. Don't worry this will be a slow beginners version.
