We'll step into Darren's shoes as he recounts his recovery journey, including its challenges and turning points. He'll discuss how he reached the point of seeking help, what approaches proved effective, and which ones did not.

Darren discusses his work with The ALERTS (Affected Lived Experience Research, Treatment & Support) who are a lived experience community interest company commissioned by GambleAware.

Who is Darren Crocker
Darren developed a gambling addiction throughout his teens and twenties, mainly on slots and roulette. Darren is now closing in on ten years gamble free and is actively involved in the gambling harm recovery community, with an interest in support and treatment services.
