π€ Liam Colebrook - Liam was successful in the corporate environment traveling the world while behind the masks he was struggling with mental health and gambling addiction. After entering rehab Liam was still in denial but after a 2nd visit began to turn his life around and is now focusing his energy on being content while simultaneously lowering stigma around mental health and gambling addiction.

What we will cover:
πHow Liam wore masks that implied βsuccessβ in the corporate world with the world while behind closed doors he struggling with mental health and gambling addiction.
πHow his recovery developed discussing how no recovery is linear and the help and support it takes.
πHis time after rehab, the aftercare and beginning a life without gambling. Including Mindset, Environment and People and will discuss how and what he does to keep myself content. How things like triathlon (exercise) and finding his tribe have assisted him in his recovery.
