Getting to know Richie Paxton

So after the successful launch of EPIC community last year which saw some great online sessions, this year we thought we would start with getting to know some of the team who have lived experience here at EPIC Restart Foundation.

Richie Paxton will be the first to share a little about his story but will then focus on the things which have helped him on his recovery journey.

Richie will cover:

  • What he found to be the reason behind his addiction .
  • The steps he took to get into recovery.
  • How he needed different things at different time through his journey.
  • The signs and triggers he still needs to watch out for and how he copes with them now.

We will here from some of the other team members in the following week's including; Mark Pickering (1st February), Stacey Goodwin (8th February) and Steve Ramsay (15th February).
