About the event

Welcome to the Recovery, Resilience and Responsibility event with guest speaker Josh Connolly! This highly anticipated event will cover a range of topics that will take you on a journey of self-discovery and help you tap into your internal strengths.

In the morning session, we will explore the meaning of resilience and how to access it in order to build a strong foundation for yourself and for others. Josh will provide a framework for accessing resilience and holding space for others, while exploring your internal barometer and nervous system map.

In the afternoon session, we will also discuss practical tools for managing relapse. This includes identifying potential triggers and learning ways to manage your recovery. You will leave with a relapse action plan that outlines what to do should you experience a relapse, providing you with a roadmap for navigating this challenging experience.

Throughout the day, you will learn valuable tools and techniques to help you develop your own resilience and relapse toolkit to have at your disposal, making you better equipped to maintain your recovery and continue moving forward on your journey towards greater resilience and well-being.

Josh will end the day with a powerful breathwork session to help you fully embody your newfound resilience.

This event is designed to empower you to navigate life's challenges with a greater sense of ease and grace. You'll leave feeling more connected to yourself and to others.

Join us for this transformative event and discover the power of resilience within you.
