First steps to fitness is designed to give you the tools to develop strong habits and create a permanent healthy lifestyle change. 

The programme will not only improve your overall fitness levels, but your body composition, movement, nutrition and daily performance. 

No fad diets, no extreme workouts – just simple goal setting, support and lifestyle changes that last.

What to Expect:

  • Initial 1-2-1 with a member of the UPC Team
  • 4 week's access to online programme via the UPC app
  • Daily workouts which can be done at your gym or at home
  • Weekly check-ins

About the Instructor

Gav Cogdon has a lot of history in health, movement and nutrition. Gav has been assisting patients with long-term health conditions for decades and has recently built a business in strength and conditioning for children and adults who want to take that extra step toward training and health.


Starts March 20th for 4 weeks, there are also ways to continue to work with Gav past the initial FREE 4 week period, which can be discussed.
