Creating an Impactful CV
In this workshop Colin will help you create a CV that will stand out.
About the speaker
Colin works as Lived Experience Manager at GamCare.
He has lived experience and is currently in recovery.
Prior to working at GamCare he had a 20 year career in recruitment, working with high profile companies such as Sony, Microsoft, Electronic Arts and Vodafone.
In the workshop he will share advice from his combine these experiences and share the lessons he learned in his own job search.
The workshop will include:
- Update and rework your CV with recommended guidelines
- Advice on how to include your lived experience of gambling harms in your CV
- Build the right CV for you with free templates
- Establish the most relevant work history and experience to include on your CV
- Understanding common CV mistakes and how to avoid them
